Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased through our online store may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery, except for tea or gourmet pantry items. Items must be returned in their original condition and product packaging. Merchandise may be returned in our Sherman Oaks store. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Please package with care and tracking info as we are not responsible for damaged or missing items without proof of delivery. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

If your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please contact us with in 24 hours or delivery.

Shipping

We ship via USPS. Customers can choose Priority Mail (3-5 business days) or Priority Mail Express (2-3 business days). Orders placed Monday - Friday will be shipped the following day; orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Tuesday as we are closed on Mondays. Items can also be picked up in our shop during open hours.
